Services provided included coordination of real estate projects from conception through design, zoning / code approval, plan / specification review, bidding / negotiations, contract review and construction administration, coordination of engineering consultants and construction management. Steve’s background also includes teaching experience with Austin Community College as well as the University of Texas at Austin. Steve is a published author; Raising the Rafters, a book discussing the inter-relationships of all construction professionals, as well as contributor to The Austin Business Journal.
