Doyle’s work experience prior to joining Collier Building Consultants in 1991 included roles as Project Manager, Superintendent and Project Coordinator for Commercial Construction companies and subcontractors performing work for public, private and governmental clientele. Early career experience also included practical hands on work in Residential Construction. Responsibilities have included scheduling, estimating, and construction management of commercial and residential projects. Services for lenders include monthly progress reports, recommendation for funding of pay requests. Services for other real estate clientele include construction cost estimating, construction project management, review of plans / specifications, contract review and property condition inspections.
